Hello! I am an award winning, “failure is not an option” business leader with extensive global management experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, adtech and SaaS. Multi-million dollar P&L responsibility in organizations ranging from early-stage start-ups to multinational corporations. Partnered with many of the world’s best clients including Coca-Cola,, Baidu, McDonalds, Estée Lauder, Procter & Gamble and Unilever, thousands of local businesses, hundreds of US politicians, three US Presidents and one Pope.

A seasoned leader with experience working for global brands, governments and start-ups. I've led corporate ventures and developed media campaigns for 30 years. I created over 600 TV ads and nearly 1000 radio spots while working for candidates in 38 states as a political media strategist before "going digital" in '94.

I helped launch Web 1.0 in LA after moving there in '95. I was with through their successful IPO in '99. As Co-Founder of venture-backed eHobbies, I grew the business to 300+ employees. After 8 months, Interactive Week named us one of the “Top 10 Best Companies to Work For” while sales grew 800%.

I joined PlanitJewish in 2005 and spun off CircleBuilder as a Web 2.0 for-profit in 2006. Moved to Beijing in 2010 to set up Lycos' first-ever China & APAC HQ and then joined iClick to lead agency focused international business development in 2013.

Returning to LA in July 2014, I was hired by ReachLocal’s new CEO as VP for Software Products to help transform this global adtech company.
